Află care sunt beneficiile claselor de group fitness!

Sportul făcut în gaşcă este cea mai simplă metodă prin care să obții rezultatele dorite în cel mai scurt timp și în cel mai distractiv mod posibil. Vrei să mergi la clase de group fitness însă nu știi dacă merită să le încerci s-au dacă ți se potrivesc?

Iată câteva motive pentru care merita să le încerci:

Ai parte de o varietate de antrenamente

Atunci când vine vorba despre antrenamentele de group fitness ai o mulțime de variante din care să alegi. De asemenea, dacă descoperi că ceea ce ai ales nu ți se potrivește, poți oricând să încerci ceva nou.

Antrenarea spiritului competitiv

Vrem să recunoaștem sau nu, există un spirit de competitivitate în fiecare dintre noi! Deși nu este mereu un aspect pozitiv al personalității noastre, la sală acest lucru devine, cu siguranță, un avantaj, pentru că ne determină să lucrăm mai intens.

Motivația instructorului

Un alt beneficiu major al antrenamentelor de grup o reprezintă instructorul. El este persoana care este alături de tine la fiecare pas și, foarte important, te atenționează atunci când execuți vreo mișcare greșit. De multe ori, continuăm să facem exerciții fizice într-un mod incorect pentru că evităm să cerem părerea unui specialist.

Socializare și distracție

Un alt aspect pozitiv al antrenamentelor de grup este, bineînțeles, socializarea. Vei cunoaște o mulțime de oameni cu care împarți aceeași pasiune: sportul! Vei transpira, vei râde, vei munci din greu și nici nu-ți vei da seama când a trecut timpul. La finalul antrenamentului te vei simți plin de energie si vei dori să repeți experiența.

Starea de bine

În cele din urmă, poate cel mai important beneficiu este starea de bine pe care ți-o conferă antrenamentele de grup, cu atmosfera lor vibrantă! Vii la antrenament cu grijile și problemele cotidiene, te descarci și pleci mai vesel și plin de vitalitate decât la început.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
