Antrenamentele matinale reduc pofta de mâncare

Ți se pare imposibil să te trezești în zori de zi ca să mergi la sală? Îți dăm câteva motive care te vor face să-ți schimbi programul.

Dacă te antrenezi înainte de micul dejun, organismul va folosi din rezervele de carbohidraţi ale organismului, accelerând arderile. Iar atunci când consumi și o băutură proteică înainte sau în timpul antrenamentului, procesul se intensifică. Aceasta era una dintre motivațiile principale pentru care mulți antrenori recomandau sportul făcut la prima oră. Acum însă, un studiu al Universității Brigham Young ne dă un nou motiv: antrenamentele de dimineaţă reduc pofta de mâncare. În cadrul experimentului a fost monitorizată activitatea cerebrală a 35 de femei, cu diverse grade de obezitate. S-a observat, astfel, că atunci când participantele la studiu au făcut un antrenament matinal de 45 de minute, interesul lor faţă de mâncare a fost mai scăzut decât în zilele fără antrenamente. Evident, meniurile din zilele comparate au fost asemănătoare, iar cantitatea de mâncare ingerată nu a crescut în ziua cu antrenament.

Ce tip de sport e bine să alegi

Categoric cele de aerobic intens, nu de tip bodybuilding, de dezvoltare a masei musculare. Altfel spus, jogging, înot, mers pe bicicletă – toate acele ore de grup fitness care îţi permit să te antrenezi intens şi constant, timp de 45 de minute. Antrenamentul aerobic este mai indicat pentru scăderea apetitului, unul dintre efectele sale fiind eliberarea hormonului grelină şi a peptidelor YY(cu rol în reglarea apetitului), spre deosebire de cel cu greutăţi, care are printre efecte doar eliberarea hormonului grelină. Astfel se reduce senzaţia de foame pe care o resimţi la nivelul stomacului.

Bonus la beneficii

Antrenamentul de dimineaţă mai are şi alte efecte: livrarea de oxigen şi nutrimente către muşchi, organe, ţesuturi. Întregul sistem cardiovascular va funcţiona mai bine, mai eficient, crescând şi nivelul de energie a organismului. Și la nivelul creierului există efecte benefice. Efectul este asemănător cu cel înregistrat după ce bei cafeaua de dimineaţă, dar este mai puternic şi mai sănătos.
