Cum mixezi clasele de group fitness, dacă vrei să slăbești

Știi bine că trebuie să combini antrenamentele pentru rezultate excelente, dar cum o faci, în funcție de nivelul tău de pregătire, afli din ghidul de mai jos.

Săptămâna trecută îți spuneam cum sunt împărțite clasele de grup de la World Class și ce presupune fiecare. Acum trebuie doar să le combini, astfel încât să obții rezultatele dorite. Dacă ești începător, ar fi bine să nu faci antrenamente cu greutăți mari sau prea intense. De exemplu, poți încerca clase precum BODYPUMP™, CXWORX™ sau C-Core și cele de Schwinn cycling, dar la un puls mai scăzut. La clasa de BODYPUMP™ îți vei tonifia corpul și vei lucra toate grupele musculare principale, folosind bara și ganterele. Este un antrenament ideal pentru îmbunătățirea forței și a rezistenței. De asemenea, poți exersa și aprofunda mișcările de bază, precum genuflexiunile, fandările și ridicările de greutăți – un element extrem de util, mai ales dacă ești la primele vizite în sala de sport.

Iată cum ar trebui să arate programul tău de antrenament, dacă vrei să slăbești, fie că ești începător sau avansat.

Începători

(3 x cardio, 1 x forță, 2 x Core, 2 x Body&Mind)
Luni:
BODYPUMP™
Marți: Schwinn cycling+ Yoga
Miercuri: C-Core*
Joi: CXWORX™ + Schwinn cycling
Vineri: pauză
Sâmbătă: Pilates + Schwinn cycling
Duminică: pauză

*C-Core este o clasă de 45 de minute, axată pe zona centrală a corpului. Îți vei îmbunătăți forța și rezistența și îți vei activa metabolismul folosind greutatea propriului corp și niciun alt fel de echipament. E o metodă ideală dacă îți dorești six-pack!

Avansați

(2 x cardio sau conditioning, 2 x HIIT, 2 x Core, 1x Body&Mind)
Luni: GRIT™ Strength* + Schwinn cycling
Marți: BODYCOMBAT™ + CXWORX™
Miercuri: pauză
Joi: GRIT™ Plyo* + C-Core
Vineri: Schwinn cycling
Sâmbătă: Pilates sau Yoga
Duminică: pauză

*Clasele Les Mills GRIT™ sunt ședințe de 30 de minute care te ajută să lucrezi eficient, să slăbești și să îți îmbunătățești performanțele în fitness. Această clasă e potrivită doar clienților avansați, care au rezistență și se antrenează deja de o perioadă mai îndelungată. Pentru a duce corect și eficient antrenamentul până la capăt, trebuie să execuți perfect exercițiile de bază.

A recent scientific study indicated that TRX training is a good alternative to traditional exercise.The research included 16 healthy men and women aged 21 to 71 years and physically active. The participants were asked to perform three, 60-minute TRX Suspension Training sessions per week for eight weeks.
Study results showed significant decreases in the following areas: Waist circumference, Body-fat percentage, Resting systolic blood pressure and Resting diastolic blood pressure.
