Sunetele care te ajută să dormi mai bine

Deși nu există o rețetă magică general-valabilă, sunt câteva „zgomote“ care te pot ajuta să adormi mai ușor.

Zgomotul alb

Folosit în tratarea insomniei, acesta combină toate frecvențele de sunet, mascând zgomotele din jur, astfel încât creierul să le acorde mai puțină atenție. Însă zgomotul alb are și contraindicații, mai ales pentru cei cu auz sensibil. Aplicațiile care generează aceste sunete, mai ales dacă sunt folosite cu căști, pot afecta nervul auditiv. Mai degrabă apelează la un aparat care generează zgomot alb sau la un site de tipul simplynoise.com.

Zgomotul roz

Probabil ai observat că adormi mai ușor atunci când auzi ploaia. Sunetele de acest gen, care au o frecvență constantă și un volum redus, sunt cele roz. Ele reduc complexitatea undelor cerebrale și îmbunătățesc calitatea somnului. Tot în această categorie de sunete intră și zgomotul făcut de vânt printre frunzele copacilor.

Zgomote din natură

Valuri, greieri, furtuni. Sunetele din natură sunt o opțiune excelentă înainte de culcare. Pentru mulți noi, sunt cele mai plăcute și relaxante datorită fluctuațiilor în amplitudine și frecvență. În plus, sunt asociate cu o stare emoțională de bine.

Playlistul potrivit

Muzica te poate ajuta să te relaxezi înainte să adormi și să îți eliberezi mintea de griji. Este important să eviți melodiile cu versuri complexe care îți pot ține mintea activă, iar dacă asculți la radio sau TV, programează aparatul să se stingă după un anumit interval de timp. Dacă ai nevoie de inspirație, platforma Spotify a alcătuit un top al celor mai folosite piese pentru adormit. Dintre ele, patru sunt semnate de Sam Smith, iar alte șapte de Ed Sheeran.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
