În faza de platou important este să nu te descurajezi și să nu renunți. Mai degrabă, regândește planul cu care ai pornit la drum.

Urmărește-ți cu mai multă atenție mesele și macronutrimentele pentru următoarele zile. De multe ori, credem că mâncăm corect și ne aflăm în deficit caloric, însă, pe măsură ce pierdem din kilograme, necesarul zilnic de calorii scade, deci consumul de macronutrimente trebuie ajustat. Nu evita consumul de grăsimi esențiale. Într-o dietă echilibrată trebuie să existe și grăsimi cum sunt cele din uleiul de măsline, semințele de in sau dovleac, uleiul de pește.

Fă modificări în programul de antrenament. Dacă au trecut mai mult de două luni și nu ai făcut nicio schimbare, nu te mira că stagnezi. Organismul uman are tendința de a se adapta foarte ușor la orice stimuli. De aceea, modificările în numărul de serii, repetări, intensitate, durată îți va fi de mare folos. Înlocuiește exercițiul cardio clasic de alergat la aceeași intensitate cu intervale de intensitate ridicată (HIIT). Alternează 30-40 de secunde de sprint cu 20 de secunde de mers, minimum 15 minute. Astfel, vei stimula arderile.

Intră într-un program de transformare. Programele de acest gen nu sunt gândite doar pentru slăbit. De obicei sunt create pentru a-ți schimba sau îmbunătăți stilul de viață – de la dietă la antrenamente.
