Gym etiquette – Cum sa ne purtam la sala

Sala de fitness este un loc unde oamenii vin ca sa se imbunatateasca pe ei insisi si stilul lor de viata, pentru unii este o modalitate de relaxare, pentru altii este o provocare, dar indiferent din care categorie faci parte trebuie sa respecti o eticheta, sa ii respecti pe ceilalti ca sa te respecti pe tine.

In primul rand citeste si respecta regulamentul salii, de obicei este afisat intr-un loc de unde poate fi vazut si citit de toata lumea, dar daca nu il gasesti intreaba pe cineva din personalul salii, sigur va fi foarte fericit sa te ajute.

Majoritatea regulamentelor se bazeaza pe niste principii fundamentale de comportament in societate: fii atent la cei din jurul tau, fii atent la tine si respecta locul in care te afli.

Noi avem cateva recomandari care te vor ajuta atat pe tine cat si pe ceilalti care se antreneaza in acelasi loc ca tine.

  1. Scapa de telefonul mobil

La sala ai sansa sa te detasezi de lumea de exterior si sa te concentrezi pe tine asa ca incearca sa duci asta la alt nivel. Telefonul mobil te va distrage de la exericitii si va prelungi timpul in care tu folosesti un aparat de fitness, de asemenea daca vorbesti la telefon sau esti sunat des in timpul antrenamentului ai toate sansele sa ii distragi pe ceilalti.

 

  1. Lasa curatenie in urma ta

Tu iti doresti un spatiu curat in care sa faci sport, la el si ceilalti.

Foloseste un prosop atunci cand folosesti aparatele de fitness, nimeni nu doreste transpiratia altuia.

Abtine-te de la a lasa sticle goale de apa in urma ta sau sticle de sampon goale la dus.

 

  1. Pastreaza ordinea si ai grija de aparate.

Ideal este sa gasesti greutatile la locul lor si aparatele in stare buna de functionare, de aceea este bine sa pui lucrurile inapoi de unde le-ai luat si sa nu bruschezi aparatele sau sa trantesti greutatile prin sala.

 

  1. Respecta antrenamentul celorlalti

Daca ai de facut un exercitiu la un anumit aparat, poti sa il imparti si cu alta persoana, astfel incat si el sa isi faca antrenamentul cat mai rapid.

Lasa destul spatiu astfel incat si ceilalti sa se poata urmari in oglinda cand se antreneaza, pentru ca si ei au nevoie sa isi urmareasca exericitiul.

Abtine-te de la a da sfaturi nesolicitate altor persoane din sala, este foarte probabil sa nu stii de ce au ei nevoie in antrenamentul lor si nici sa nu stii care e conditia lor fizica sau medicala. Singurul moment in care este indicat sa dai sfaturi este atunci cand crezi ca cineva se va rani prin executarea gresita a unui exercitiu.

 

  1. Vino pregatit pentru sala

Hainele de strada nu au ce cauta in sala, de aceea este recomandat sa ai unul sau mai multe seturi de echipamente pentru sport si sa ai incaltaminte sport pe care o folosesti doar in sala. De asemenea este indicat sa nu te dai cu parfum cand mergi la sala si sa fii mereu curat.

 

Respecta aceste 5 reguli generale si experienta ta si a celor din jur va fi mult mai buna si mai civilizata in orice sala ai merge in lume.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
