De ceva vreme am o senzație continuă de foame. Cum pot să combat asta?

Înainte de toate nu uita că "mănânci ca să trăiești, nu trăiești ca să mănânci". Pornind din acest punct, trebuie să identifici factorii-problemă.

Din cauza ritmului de viață alert, cei mai mulți dintre noi mănâncă ce apucă și doar când simt senzația de foame. Această senzație nu este o alarmă care te anunță că trebuie să mănânci, ci este reacția normală a organismului când are anumite carențe. Printre factorii care provoacă senzația de foame, pe lângă lipsa unei alimentații suficiente, mai sunt și cei ca: deshidratarea, consumul alimentelor cu indice glicemic mare (cum sunt prăjiturile), oboseala fizică și psihică.

Atunci când constați că "ți-e foame mereu" trebuie să identifici cauza și să găsești o soluție. Cauzele mai sus menționate pot fi combătute doar printr-o organizare mai bună a planului alimentar și a activităților zilnice. Dar, mai concret de atât, iată ce poți face:

Hidratează-te bine. De multe ori, senzația de foame este o senzație de sete ascunsă, așa că poți bea 1-2 pahare de apă.

Odihnește-te mai mult. Îi vei da organismului posibilitatea să se refacă și, astfel, vor fi mai puține dezechilibre în corp exprimate și prin senzație de foame.

Mănâncă la intervale orare bine stabilite, un anumit număr de mese și în anumite cantități. Astfel, vei mânca pentru că trebuie, iar organismul va avea sistematic energie și nutrimente, funcționând corespunzător.

Evită alimentele cu indice glicemic mare ("ceva dulce"), crezând că îți va trece senzația de foame. Efectul obținut va fi exact cel opus. Dacă simți nevoia unei gustări, poți opta pentru alimente bogate în fibre, proteine și grăsimi (mere verzi, nuci, cereale integrale, migdale, iaurt etc.).
