Află la ce să te aștepți de la antrenamentul care, din aprilie, te va ajuta să slăbești și să te tonifici în cel mai dinamic și distractiv mod posibil.

Un step și multă energie – acestea sunt singurele două elemente de care ai nevoie la o oră de Body Step. Noua clasă Les Mills este genul de antrenament la finalul căruia simți că ai renăscut. Coregrafiile sunt simple, construite pe o muzică ritmată, antrenantă, și sunt dirijate de cei mai simpatici și motivanți instructori. Antrenamentul de Body Step este compus din două părţi: blocurile cardio, care intensifică arderea grăsimilor, urmate de exerciţiile de tonifiere, menite să îţi lucreze fiecare grupă musculară în parte.

Mișcă-te mai bine, arată mai bine

În cele 55 de minute de antrenament poţi consuma până la 620 de kilocalorii, în funcţie de intensitatea cu care lucrezi. Body Step este o clasă cardio, iar ca nivel de dificultate se încadrează în moderate to high intensity.

Ca orice antrenament cardio full-body, Body Step este bun pentru creşterea capacităţii sistemului pulmonar şi a celui cardiac. Mai mult, o astfel de clasă îmbunătățește coordonarea, definește musculatura și, mai ales în cazul femeilor, crește densitatea osoasă. Și, evident, te ajută să scapi de câteva kilograme în plus fără să simți că depui vreun efort prea mare.

Scapă de ideile preconcepute!

"Trebuie să mă coordonez foarte bine ca să pot duce la capăt un antrenament de Step!" – este una dintre teoriile care pe mulți îi ține departe de aceste clase. Ei bine, nimeni nu reuşeşte să înveţe toţi paşii din prima. De obicei, e nevoie de câteva ore de antrenament, ca să te simţi confortabil cu coregrafia.

Cum se desfășoară o clasă de Body Step

Fiecare melodie din timpul cursului are o anumită metodă de antrenament şi o zonă a corpului pe care se insistă cu exerciţiile. Ţine minte! Intensitatea antrenamentului depinde foarte mult de înălţimea la care ai step-ul setat.
