Încălzirea perfectă pentru alergare

Fie că te pregătești pentru o alergare de o oră sau de una de 30 de minute, încălzirea este esențială pentru sănătatea articulațiilor tale.

Probabil atunci când te urci pe bandă sau te duci pe o pistă de alergare și știi că te așteaptă un antrenament de minimum o oră, îți pregătești și un set de exerciții pentru încălzire. Însă, atunci când ești pe fugă, tinzi să renunți la această etapă. Ceea ce, pe termen lung, îți poate pune în pericol articulațiile, musculatura și cu siguranță va afecta eficiența antrenamentelor. Așadar, chiar și când ai doar 30 de minute la dispoziție, înainte de antrenamentul propriu-zis:
- începe cu o alergare ușoară timp de cinci minute;
- efectuează câteva exerciții de stretching pentru același interval de timp;
- continuă cu o alergare cu joc de glezne, cu genunchii sus;
- încheie cu pendularea gambelor către înapoi.

Efectuează totul pe o distanță de 20-30 de metri, în tempo crescător, în 2-3 serii fiecare. La finalul încălzirii pulsul ar trebui să fie în jurul valorii de 120 BPM, deci gata de alergare.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
