De ce când se răcește afară, am o poftă mai mare de comfort food?

Scăderea temperaturii, lipsa de lumină și soare sunt factori care pot duce nu doar la schimbări de greutate, ci și de stare. Cu puțină atenție însă, te poți proteja de ispite.

Din cauza numărului mic de ore de expunere la soare scad nivelurile de serotonină (hormonul care reglează dispoziția). Ulterior scade și calitatea somnului, influențând negativ activitatea de zi cu zi. În această perioada organismul încearcă să echilibreze balanța, iar cel mai bun mod ce a-și reveni este consumul de alimente care schimbă starea de spirit; mai exact, alimente bogate în carbohidrați simpli și ușor de preparate. Așa-numitele "comfort food".

Astfel, începi să mănânci adevărate bombe calorice și să te simți mai bine. Dar senzația este doar de moment, iar pe termen lung acumulezi și kilograme și stări tot mai proaste – tu de fapt nu te hrănești, ci consumi mâncare goală.

Fă mici schimbări

O alternativă pentru "comfort food" sunt alimentele care stimulează secreția de serotonină: nuci, banane, ananas, kiwi, prune și roșii.
Apoi, fortifică-ți sistemul imunitar printr-o dietă sărată în grăsimi (mononesaturate) și bogată în proteine, glucide și fibre, vitamine și minerale – toate acționează ca un scut pentru celulele organismului, destinate să întărească și să susțină funcțiile acestui sistem.
