Ce să „furi” de la clasele de grup

Te fac să dai tot ce ai mai bun, să mergi mai departe când ți-e greu și să cânți când nu mai ai suflu. Piesele de la clasele de grup sunt unul dintre cele mai puternice energizante. Ai mai jos un playlist plin de adrenalină.

Fie că faci sărituri pe P!nk, pedalezi pe Coldplay, ridici greutăți cu Swedish House Mafia în boxe, nu încape dubiu că muzica te ajută să dai randament mai bun la antrenamente. Studiile arată că atunci când asculți muzică, creierului tău i se distrage atenția de la disconfort, aceasta fiind una dintre justificările pentru care poți munci mai mult. Tot piesele ritmate te ajută să fii mai eficient în mișcări, consumând astfel mai puțină energie.

Ca să îți venim în ajutor, am aruncat un ochi pe playlisturile a trei dintre antrenorii World Class renumiți pentru muzica excelentă de la clase și am selectate câteva piese de la fiecare.

95-100 BPM. Ideală pentru antrenamente cu greutatea corpului.
Sun goes Down, Robin Schulz
130-135 BPM. Bună pentru antrenamentele de forță, cu dificultate mare; cu siguranță va aduce un plus de adrenalină.
Twisted, Fedde le Grand
130-135 BPM. Folosește-o când faci exerciții explozive și dacă îți place să lucrezi cu greutăți.

Cătălin Obretin:
Pray To God, Calvin Harris feat Haim (Mike Pickering vs Calvin Harris Hacienda Remix) 123 BPM. Este o melodie puternică, așa că folosește-te de ea în momentele grele.

150 BPM. Pentru antrenamentele de box este alegerea potrivită.

A recent scientific study indicated that TRX training is a good alternative to traditional exercise.The research included 16 healthy men and women aged 21 to 71 years and physically active. The participants were asked to perform three, 60-minute TRX Suspension Training sessions per week for eight weeks.
Study results showed significant decreases in the following areas: Waist circumference, Body-fat percentage, Resting systolic blood pressure and Resting diastolic blood pressure.
