Cât de motivat eşti la antrenamente?

Stresul, oboseala, rutina sau chiar lipsa de rezultate te fac uneori să stai departe de sală. Li se întâmplă chiar şi celor dependenţi de sport. Află cum să treci peste astfel de momente.

În ultima perioada, din cauza programului încărcat, am început să mă antrenez seara, mai exact pe la ora 10, după 14 ore de stat în sală. Şi mă întreb de ce nu plec acasă? Ce mă face să mă echipez pentru antrenament? Ce mă motivează? Răspunsurile sunt variate: uneori simt nevoia să-mi las corpul să preia controlul măcar o oră pe zi, alteori felul în care mă simt după un antrenament – puţin mai eficient, mai performant, mai evoluat decât am fost înainte – atârnă cel mai greu sau poate doar vreau să elimin stresul şi oboseala psihică acumulate în ziua respectivă. Sunt şi zile în care vreau, pur şi simplu, să cred că opresc timpul – acele 60 de minute sunt ale mele şi orice altceva poate să aştepte.

Dar, dacă nimic din toate acestea nu sunt valabile şi în cazul tău, există trucuri care te pot salva. Le-am testat pe clienţii mei şi au funcţionat de fiecare dată.

1. Setează-ţi priorităţile cât mai obiectiv. Astfel, vei pune pe primul loc sănătatea, felul în care arăţi şi calitatea vieţii tale. Nu uita că nu am evoluat prin sedentarism şi nici nu am fost creaţi pentru a fi sedentari.

2. Ia-ţi un partener de antrenament sau schimbă-l dacă amândoi sunteţi în aceeaşi stare de "letargie".

3. Modifică-ţi programul de antrenament. Exerciţiile, ordinea, numărul de seturi sau de repetări – indiferent ce schimbi, vei obţine rezultate mai bune la antrenamente. Orice obiectiv ai avea, e bine să ieşi din rutină mergând la o clasă de grup la care nu ai mai fost sau făcând un antrenament în aer liber.

4. Compară mintea cu un muşchi. Nu îl poţi ţine încordat în permanentă, dar îi poţi aplica tratamente consecvente şi eficiente. Citeşte o carte care te motivează, uită-te la un film care ştii că are acest efect asupra ta, evadează din oraş într-un weekend la munte.

5. Pregăteşte-ţi muzică preferată. De multe ori este cel mai la îndemână lucru pe care îl poţi face pentru a-ţi recăpăta determinarea.

6. Cumpără-ţi un echipament care îţi place. Orice detaliu contează atunci când eşti la limită şi s-ar putea ca doar vederea noilor pantofi sport să îţi readucă pofta de sală.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
