În această lună îți propunem un meniu complet thailandez. S-ar putea să ai mici bătăi de cap cu ingredientele, dar rezultatul o să merite. Prima propunere: o supă excelentă și foarte sățioasă.

Timp de preparare: 25 min
Cantităţile sunt calculate pentru patru porţii

Ingrediente

4-5 creveţi decorticaţi, de mărime medie
O lingură de galangal proaspăt, feliat
O lingură de lemongrass
O lingură de şalotă
O căpăţână de usturoi
O frunză de lime (ruptă în bucăţi mai mici)
Chilli proaspăt (după gust)
O lingură de pastă de chilli
6 linguri de cremă de nucă de cocos
1-2 linguri de sos de peşte, după preferinţe
O lingură de zeamă de lămâie, proaspăt stoarsă
O jumătate de cană de ciuperci, tăiate felii
¼ roşie proaspătă, tăiată mărunt
¼ cană de coriandru + pătrunjel thailandez (totul mărunțit)

Mod de preparare

  1. Pune la fiert, într-o oală mică, şalota, usturoiul, galangal-ul, lemongrass-ul şi chilli-ul proaspăt. După ce dau în clocot, adaugă frunzele de lime şi pasta de chilli şi amestecă. Adaugă roşia şi o mână de ciuperci, trei linguri de cremă de nucă de cocos, una de suc de lămâie şi sos de peşte.
  2. Amestecă, gustă şi adaugă sos de peşte, după gust, în funcţie de cât de sărată vrei să fie supa. Pune și creveţii. Mai dă o dată în clocot şi opreşte focul.
  3. Adaugă coriandrul, pătrunjelul thailandez şi restul de trei linguri de cremă de cocos.

A recent scientific study indicated that TRX training is a good alternative to traditional exercise.The research included 16 healthy men and women aged 21 to 71 years and physically active. The participants were asked to perform three, 60-minute TRX Suspension Training sessions per week for eight weeks.
Study results showed significant decreases in the following areas: Waist circumference, Body-fat percentage, Resting systolic blood pressure and Resting diastolic blood pressure.
