Rețeta ideală de brunch: cartofi dulci cu ouă florentine

Încearcă o combinație care îți asigură proteine, carbohidrați buni și mult fier și, în plus, are un gust incredibil.

Timp de preparare: 30 minute
Cantitățile sunt calculate pentru două porții

Ingrediente

2 cartofi dulci
1 lingură de ulei de măsline
1 căţel de usturoi
8 roșii cherry
4 ouă
100 g spanac opărit
O lingură de sos tabasco
2 english muffin (sau orice fel de pâine preferi)
O lingură de oțet de mere
Sare Himalaya (după gust)

Mod de preparare

1. Curăță cartofii dulci și taie-i cubulețe. Pune într-o tavă hârtie de corp, apoi așază cartofii. Stropește-i cu uleiul de măsline și pune sare Himalaya, după gust.
2. Baga cartofii la cutorul setat la 200° C și ține-i circa 20 de minute.
3. Între timp, prepară ouăle. Pune la fiert un vas cu un litru de apă. Varsă și oțetul. Când apa clocotește, sparge ouăle într-o cană si toarnă-le ușor în apă. Lasă-le să fiarbă cel mult două minute, cât să rămână cu gălbenușul un pic moale. Scoate-le cu o spatulă.
4. Spală roșiile și taie-le pe jumătate. Trage-le puțin în tigaie în ulei de măsline. Procedează la fel cu spanacul și usturoiul tocat.
5. Taie pe jumătate english muffin-urile. Pe fiecare dintre ele aşază două linguri de spanac și un ou, apoi stropește cu puţin sos tabasco. Pune câte două jumătăți pe o farfurie și completează cu roșii cherry și cartofi dulci.
