Elimină dependența de dulciuri

Știm, zahărul dă una dintre cele mai puternice dependențe, dar avem soluții ca să îl elimini treptat şi definitiv.

În principiu, omul se poate dezobişnui de nevoia de a consuma dulciuri doar eliminându-le din dieta zilnică sau limitându-le foarte drastic consumul. Corpul uman este o maşinărie care se adaptează constant la diverşi factori veniți  din exterior. Astfel, atunci când vei înceta să mai consumi zahăr, corpul va începe să folosească energie din alte surse alimentare (carbohidraţi complecşi, grăsimi, proteine) sau din rezervele proprii (glicogen, ţesut adipos sau proteină musculară).

Pe scurt, poţi scăpa de dependenţa de dulciuri, doar dacă le înlocuieşti cu alimentele potrivite. Iată la ce poţi apela:

Oleaginoase: migdale, miez de nucă, alune de pădure

Consumă-le hidratate (adică înmuiate în apă cu o seară înainte), deoarece îţi vor uşura digestia, iar absorbția grăsimilor nesaturate pe care le conţin se va face mai repede. Integrate într-o dietă adecvată, oleaginoasele reduc nivelul de colesterol rău LDL și inflamațiile de organism și, în plus, ajută în protecţia celulară.

Miezul de nucă de cocos

Deși rar consumat, acest miez are un indice glicemic scăzut (prin asta înţelegi viteza cu care zahărul dintr-un aliment ajunge în sânge) şi furnizează o cantitate de energie semnificativă pentru corp. În plus, conţine din plin fibre alimentare.

Avocado

Este considerat un superaliment, datorită densităţii foarte ridicate de micronutrimente (vitamine şi minerale). Studii recente indică faptul că acizii graşi mononesaturaţi sunt consumaţi cu precădere de corp ca sursă de energie, nu pentru a fi depozitaţi ca ţesut adipos, aşa cum se întâmplă în cazul dulciurilor.

Morcovul

Tăiat fășii, acesta este o gustare foarte rapidă şi uşor de preparat, cu care îţi poţi "păcăli" corpul în momentul în care simţi nevoia să mănânci ceva dulce.

Iaurt cu fructe de pădure

Ai grijă însă, nu este vorba despre iaurtul pe care îl cumperi din comerţ sub această denumire, ci un iaurt mic, eventual probiotic, în care poţi adăuga trei-patru linguriţe de fructe de pădure proaspete sau congelate.

Seminţe

Fie că alegi unele mai exotice, fie că optezi pentru cele de dovleac sau de floarea soarelui, semințele consumate împreună cu fructe deshidratate (caise, ananas, stafide) sunt o alegere excelentă. Aportul de fructe trebuie să fie însă moderat, deoarece conţin fructoză.
