6 obiceiuri care te mențin în formă

Vrei să reduci caloriile și să-ți menții sănătatea? Ți-am făcut o listă cu trucuri eficiente și ușor de urmat.

1. Începe ziua cu proteine

Consumă-le la micul dejun și îți vei reduce apetitul. Cercetători de la Biofortis Clinical Research au analizat senzația de foame a mai multor oameni care au luat micul dejun fie cu proteine, fie cu carbohidrați. Cei din prima categorie s-au săturat mult mai repede, iar în timpul zilei și-au putut controla mai bine senzația de foame. Include în meniul de dimineață alimente bogate în proteine precum unt de arahide, banane, iaurt grecesc, humus, fulgi de ovăz, migdale sau broccoli.

2. Bea cafea

Cercetătorii spun că cea decofeinizată este mai eficientă în eliminarea sau calmarea senzaţiei de foame. În plus, după ce savurezi o cană de cafea, timp de trei ore nu ar trebui să te mai confrunţi cu vreo poftă. Însă, dacă ai gastrită ar fi bine să nu faci astfel de experimente.

3. Savurează (puțină) ciocolată

Acest desert reduce nivelul colesterolului, spune un studiu al The Journal of Nutrition. Dacă urmezi o dietă echilibrată, ciocolata neagră, consumată cu moderație, îți poate aduce și mai multe beneficii. Bogată în antioxidanți, previne pierderea memoriei și îmbunătățește activitatea cardiovasculară.

4. Mănâncă avocado

Consumă o jumătate din acest fruct la prânz și îți vei reduce pofta de mâncare, controlându-ți nivelul glicemiei și al colesterolului. Teoria este susținută de cercetătorii de la Hass Avocado Board.

5. Adaugă scorțișoară

Șase grame de scorțișoară consumate zilnic îți reduc colesterolul și nivelul de glucide din sânge. Dar ai grijă să nu faci abuz. Se pare că, dacă depășești cele şase grame și urmezi deja un tratament care conține cumarină – plantă folosită în vindecarea diabetului – efectele nu mai sunt benefice.

6. Apelează la ghimbir

Beneficiile sunt multiple: te scapă de febra musculară, datorită efectelor antiinflamatorii, îmbunătăţeşte funcţionarea aparatului digestiv și te energizează. Poți încerca rețeta noastră de suc pentru dimineață – este un start excelent pentru zilele pline.
