Toamna vine cu fructe şi legume pline de vitamine. Umple-ţi frigiderul cu toate produsele de sezon, dar mai ales cu acestea trei:

Mere

"Un măr pe zi ţine doctorul departe" este o expresie atât de uzată, încât nici nu mai ştii la ce se referă. Ei bine, nu e doar marketing: merele chiar sunt o sursă importantă de vitamine. Au fibre solubile, care îţi păstrează în limite normale nivelul glicemiei, şi îţi ajută digestia. Ce mai au în plus? Vitamina C, antioxidanţi şi prea iubitele pectine, care te ajută în curele de slăbire.
Cum le consumi: fă-ţi rapid o salată uşoară din două mere, un pumn de nuci, un sfert de cană de merişoare, un strop de oţet balsamic şi o linguriţă de miere.

Prune

Un fruct de dimensiuni normale conţine 113 miligrame de potasiu, de care ai nevoie pentru o inimă sănătoasă. În plus, având un conţinut mare de fibre, îţi ajută sistemul digestiv şi îţi echilibrează nivelul glicemic. Unde mai pui că un consum regulat de prune îţi întăreşte oasele, iar antioxidanţii din ele luptă alături de sistemul tău imunitar împotriva radicalilor liberi!
Cum le consumi: transformă-le într-o garnitură excelentă lângă fripturi. Combină câteva prune proaspete, ardei, oţet balsamic, muştar Dijon, sare, roşii şi brânză de capră!

Castraveţi

În luna septembrie, castraveţii bio sunt în cea mai bună formă a lor. Pe lângă gustul intens, te bucuri şi de alte avantaje preţioase. Sunt perfecţi pentru hidratare, conţinând în mare parte apă, sunt salvatorii sistemului digestiv, reduc nivelul colesterolului, controlează presiunea sanguină şi au vitaminele A, B1, B6, C, F, calciu, magneziu şi potasiu. Pe scurt, sunt numai buni în curele de slăbire din care trebuie să ieşi plin de forţă, nu anemic.
Cum îi consumi: sucul din castraveţi, spanac, ghimbir şi măr sunt o modalitate foarte bună de detoxifiere. Foloseşte doi castraveţi mici, un măr, o bucăţică de ghimbir şi o mână de spanac pentru un fresh excelent.
