5 motive să consumi ouă

De Paște le-ai tot ciocnit și, probabil, le-ai consumat cu măsură. Dar, acum, că sărbătorile au trecut, îți spunem de ce e bine să le mănânci în continuare, cu regularitate.

1. Te ajută să slăbeşti

Un studiu făcut de Centru Rochester pentru Combaterea Obezităţii spune că, dacă incluzi ouă în micul dejun, te vei feri de 400 de alte calorii în acea zi. Pentru că, fiind foarte hrănitoare şi săţioase, cel mai probabil nu ţi se va face foame atât de repede şi nu vei avea nevoie de gustări până la prânz. Un ou are, în medie, 70 de calorii, aşa că poţi consuma cu încredere câte unu în fiecare zi. În plus, nu există nicio dovadă clară că îţi va mări nivelul colesterolului rău.

2. Îți asigură o doză mare de vitamine

Oul vine la pachet cu o cantitate mare de vitamina B2, bună pentru energie, vitamina A, care îţi îmbunătăţeşte vederea, sau vitamina E, datorită căreia pielea şi părul tău vor arăta mult mai bine.

3. Îți furnizează minerale

Fosforul, zincul, fierul, seleniul şi iodul, esenţiale pentru sănătatea ta, mai ales în zilele în care oboseala îţi pune în pericol randamentul, se găsesc din plin în ou.

4. Îți menține mintea sănătoasă

Atunci când stresul îţi dă bătăi de cap, alimentația poate fi de mare ajutor. Oul, spre exemplu, este foarte util, pentru că are colină, o substanță existență în gălbenuș care ajută sistemul nervos prin îmbunătăţirea transmiterii mesajelor dintre creier şi corp.

5. Este bun întreg

Gălbenuș versus albuș este una dintre dilemele des dezbătute. Există multe teorii care susțin că trebuie să te lipsești de gălbenuș, pentru că îți pune în pericol dieta. În realitate însă, dacă îl eviți, renunți la 90% din calciul și fierul unui ou. Nici albușul nu e însă lipsit de proprietăți, având jumătate din proteinele unui ou. Așa că trebuie să consumi oul întreg!
