Află de ce mâncarea ta ar trebui să fie un curcubeu și ce alimente
îți aduc toate aceste nuanțe.

Galben

Alege: Ardei gras galben, mere, rădăcină de ghimbir, pere galbene, porumb, lămâi.

Beneficii: Te ajută să ai o vedere mai bună, îți stimulează puterea de concentrare și îți hrănesc pielea.

Portocaliu

Alege: Cartofi dulci, dovleac, morcovi, caise, turmeric, ardei gras portocaliu, curmale japoneze (acele fructe similare cu tomatele portocalii, doar că sunt ceva mai rotunde și au un alt tip de coadă).

Beneficii: Bogate în vitamina A, alimentele colorate astfel îți îmbunătățesc sistemul imunitar și scad riscul de diverse tipuri de cancer.

Roșu

Alege: Merișoare, ardei gras roșu, ridichi, roșii, mere, cireșe, rodii, zmeură, pepene.

Beneficii: Conțin antioxidanți care îți mențin inima sănătoasă. Mai mult, licopenul din roșii și pepene este util în prevenția cancerului de prostată și reduce colesterolul rău, LDL.

Albastru & mov

Alege: Vânătă, varză roșie, stafide, prune.

Beneficii: Sunt poate cele mai bune legume și fructe pentru mintea ta, deoarece substanțele conținute stimulează activitatea cerebrală. De asemenea, mențin tensiunea arterială în limite normale și stimulează imunitatea.

Verde

Alege: Spanac, kale, broccoli, varză, mere, avocado, rucola.

Beneficii: Produsele verzi îți garantează un risc redus de cancer, dantură și oase mai puternice, datorită calciului, și o piele mai frumoasă, datorită conținutului de vitamina C.
