Avem soluții simple, care îți mențin bateriile încărcate întreaga zi.

Probabil știi deja că e important să te ridici din pat la primul semn al alarmei, să faci sport dimineața sau să iei pauze scurte în timpul zilei. Dar în perioadele stresante niciuna dintre aceste strategii nu mai dă rezultate satisfăcătoare. Așa că ți-am pregătit alte cinci trucuri ca să te revigorezi rapid.

1. Alege gustările potrivite

Între orele 14 și 16, nivelul de energie scade. De aceea, ar fi bine să reduci porția de mâncare de la prânz – mesele copioase induc o stare de somnolență – și să compensezi cu mai multe gustări periodice. Nu te teme de carbohidrați, dar ai grijă să alegi din cei buni: fructe (mere, banane, portocale), legume (broccoli, morcovi, sparanghel, linte, fasole), fulgi de ovăz.

2. Trece stretchingul în agendă

Chiar dacă ești la birou, cinci minute de stretching te vor ajuta să pui din nou sângele în mișcare. Iar o bună circulație înseamnă și mai multă energie.

3. Respiră corect

Mai exact adânc, lent, regulat și silențios. Doar respirând astfel vei primi cantitatea optimă de oxigen. Când simți că rămâi fără energie, fă un exercițiu simplu: ține vârful limbii în spatele muchiei dinților de sus; expiră complet pe gură apoi inspiră puternic pe nas, numărând până la patru. Ține-ți respirația timp de șapte secunde, apoi expiră alte opt. Repetă exercițiul de patru ori, de până la două ori pe zi.

4. Mergi la acupunctură

Din perspectiva medicinei chinezești, oboseala este deficiența Qi-ului, sursa de vitalitate a organismului. Nivelul și calitatea Qi-ului țin de echilibrul mental, fizic și emoțional al fiecărei persoane. Acupunctura te va ajuta să îți întărești funcția imunitară, crescând nivelul general de energie, îmbunătățind circulația sângelui și eliminarea toxinelor.

5. Ține lavanda pe birou

Mirosul din jurul tău te ajută să capeți energie rapid. Studiile arată că aromaterapia cu lavandă și rozmarin îți menține creierul activ, crește capacitatea de concentrare și viteza de reacție în situații de stres.
