Despre TRX:
TRX este cel mai nou program în materie de Group Training şi Personal Training. Această clasă antrenează toţi muşchii corpului, fiind suspendat şi folosind greutatea proprie a corpului în diferite planuri de înclinaţie. TRX Suspension Training vă permite să lucraţi Interval Training, Strength, Cardio. Spre deosebire de programele clasice, TRX este recomandat în antrenamentele de recuperare pentru cei care au probleme cu încheieturile sau cu spatele.

Beneficiile antrenamentului de TRX:

> Dezvoltă forţa musculară

Isn't it wonderful when the client-coach relationship pays off and the results are visible? Daniel Croitoru had Daniel Drăgușin as his World Class personal trainer, and his story is one that we hope will inspire as many people as possible to start a healthy lifestyle.
