Începând de miercuri, 17 ianuarie, W Charles de Gaulle îți pune la dispoziție o nouă metodă de antrenament pentru minte, trup și suflet: Satyananda Yoga cu maestrul Avisek Majumdar.

Sistemul Satyananda Yoga este o știință completă pentru o viață echilibrată sub toate aspectele, ce se potrivește oricui, indiferent de vârstă, sex, condiție mentală sau fizică.

Satyananda Yoga caută să trezească și să integreze facultățile capului, inimii și a mâinilor. Capul reprezintă intelectul, mintea, înțelepciunea, înțelegerea, cunoașterea, conștientizarea și observația. Inima reprezintă emoțiile, sentimentele și sensibilitatea. Mâinile reprezintă abilitatea de a acționa, de a realiza, de a crea. Cunoașterea (jnana), acțiunea (karma) și sentimentele (bhakti) nu sunt separate unele de altele. De aceea, o dezvoltare integrală nu poate fi obținută dacă unul din aceste aspecte ale personalității este neglijat.

Rezervă-ți fiecare dimineață de miercuri, de la 09:00, pentru o oră de Bihar Yoga sau yoga integrală, focusată pe obținerea armoniei între diferitele aspecte ale personalității umane. Adresându-se întregii persoane, nu numai corpului fizic, Satyananda Yoga oferă o metodă sistematică de integrare a minții, corpului și spiritului și procesul de dezvoltare a facultăților fizice, mentale, emoționale și spirituale din viață.

Născut în partea de est a Indiei, Avisek  Majumdar este profesor acreditat de yoga, certificat în cadrul Sivananda Ashram, Kerala, India. El deține o diplomă în masaj ayurvedic și reflexologie tailandeză și ține cu regularitate cursuri de yoga în Timișoara, Cluj și București.

Fiecare clasă de Satyananda Yoga este o experiență în sine, care îți va oferi, la final, o stare de bine și echilibru, ce va dura mult timp după ce pleci din sală.

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
