Fartlek
O clasă Fartlek este recomandată atât începătorilor cât şi avansaţilor în Group Fitness. Este o clasă variabilă, care nu este planificată ca un drum necunoscut în afară, pe care mergi pentru prima dată. Lasă-te surprins!

Fat Burn/ Lee
Un drum lung şi stabil în zona de rezistenţă minimă, de la 30 minute la câteva ore. Îmbunătăţeşte metabolismul grăsimilor şi sistemul cardiovascular. Pune-ţi la încercare mintea şi corpul. 

Hill
Acesta clasă este ca un drum mai lung în munţi, care va îmbunătăţi rezistenţa musculară locală şi forţa cardio. Tot mai sus!

High End Endurance/ HEE
HEE este numită zona de dezvoltare a sistemului cardiovascular. Este un drum mai lung recomandat avansaţilor în Cycling. Pune-ţi inima la încercare!

Extensive Interval/ EI
EI este o serie de schimbări planificate, recomandată celor de nivel mediu. Bucuraţi-vă de un Interval Training şi treceţi prin toate variaţiile!

Studies show that practising eight weeks of pilates for one hour, every day, four times a week can increase metabolism and reduce obesity in obese women.
In older adults, another research showed pilates training improved balance and helped prevent falls.
Also, inactive women who began performing only one hour of pilates a week for ten weeks had improved muscle mass, flexibility, balance and core strength.
