WILL THERE BE ANY SUPPORT TO HELP ME GET STARTED?
Of course! We offer as much or as little support as our members need. All new joiners are entitled to a free induction session, which will show you where everything is and how it all works.
WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENT RATES PER CLUB?
Because some of our clubs differ in location, size, equipment and facilities (i.e. our pools, etc.), the prices differ accordingly. Our differentiated membership category allows you to choose according to your needs and objectives.
WHAT DO I BRING ON THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING?
Besides training equipment bring: • Your ID book • If you’ve added a child to your contract, you’ll need to bring their birth certificate along for their first visit • A sweat towel (or we can lend you one) • A water bottle (or you can buy what you need from our W-Shop.

WHAT FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE FOR CHILDREN?
We’ve got loads of things kids will love. Many clubs have excellent group fitness classes dedicated to children and also attractive swimming packages with specialized instructors and trainers. There’s a full programme of events and activities every day. Click here to find out more.
DO YOUR CLUBS HAVE WIFI?
All of our clubs have Wifi for members. You’ll need your memberships card and password at hand to login. If you’re unsure what these are, please ask the team at Reception.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
