We all know that circumstances can change, so we try to be as accommodating as possible. If time is a factor in your decision to leave, try our freeze option (this excludes corporate memberships). This allows you to keep your membership open while giving you a bit of time. Do you want to cancel because you’re lacking the motivation? We can help, chat to us about your programme and goals. Are finances part of the decision? We have many different membership types and it may be possible for you to change to a cheaper membership option. Are you moving? Is there another World Class club close to where you are relocating to? We don’t want you to go but if cancelling is the only suitable option and if you’re still in the initial period of your membership, you can cancel by paying a cancellation fee that is calculated off the remaining amount still owing on your contract.
