STRENGTH TRAINING
Fitness area is equipped with power line Technogim Selection of equipment with a total of 70 covering the muscle groups without exception tote that train.
Cardio area includes 26 cardio machines: ten bands, six bicycles, four elliptical machines, two weve, two Step, two top exit, all equipped with televisions and digital display.

- Individual sessions as 1 – 5 – 10 or 20 clip card

SAUNA
We are happy to offer professional sauna services so you can find your inner and outer beauty. Sauna has both medical and cosmetic effects: helps to overcome the weight excess, improves circulation, relieves fatigue and improves physical ability, it helps alleviate cellulite and helps in deep penetration of cosmetic active. In the club we have both dry and steam sauna.

RECEPTION AND LOCKER SERVICE
Our five star changing rooms offer full size lockers and our reception staff are always available for your assistance. We have 100 lockers in the boys area, and 145 in the girls area
