Cele 5 reguli importante ale antrenamentelor de forţă 

Când începi antrenamentele de forță, asigură-te că vei obține beneficii maxime aplicând cele cinci reguli importante de mai jos. În plus, nu uita că antrenamentele de forță îți solicită articulațiile și tendoanele, deci ai nevoie de o bună flexibilitate articulară, dar și de ligamente și tendoane puternice. Zona Core trebuie să fie, de asemenea, bine dezvoltată, pentru a putea susține antrenamentele intensive de forță pentru picioare.

E esenţial să alegi exerciţiile potrivite obiectivului tău, după care înveţi să le aplici corect prin a fi constant. Alege mişcări fundamentale!


  1. Foloseşte tehnica corectă 

Poate cel mai important lucru este să avem tehnica corectă, mai ales când vine vorba de exerciţii fundamentale, cum ar fi Genuflexiunile, Îndreptările, Presele sau Tracţiunile şi toate variaţiile lor. Singura modalitate este să repeţi, repeţi, adaugi puţin, şi iar... repeţi. 


  1. Devino mai puternic 

Uşor de zis şi nu foarte greu de făcut. Tot ce trebui să faci este să respecţi primele 2 puncte, să te ţii de programul de antrenament şi să pui mâna pe nişte greutăţi. Deşi rezistenţa musculară se poate îmbunătăţii prin exerciţii cu greutatea corpului sau accesorii, cel mai simplu mod de a creşte în forţă este prin folosirea greutăţilor.

  1. Întelege care e doza potrivită de intensitate şi frecvenţă 

Ideal ar fi să ne antrenăm la o intensitate de 70% - 75% aproximativ 6 zile pe săptămână. A 7-a ieşiţi din rutină că vă face bine psihic. Rar, foarte rar e indicat să împingem corpul la limită. Nu vă bazaţi pe clipuri motivaţionale pentru a merge la sală. Motivaţia e doar un pas. Disciplina e maratonul adevărat. 


  1. Caută inovaţia 

E obligatoriu să mai introduci din când în când o mişcare nouă în programul de antrenament. Nu zilnic! Confuzia musculară e ca şi cum ai încerca să derutezi bara olimpică. Poveşti. Un element foarte uşor de aplicat şi totodată foarte util este Progressive Overload
