Antreneaza-ti mintea ca sa iti antrenezi corpul. Atinge-ti tinta.

Tinta ta este sa ai un corp frumos si sanatos, dar pana acum sportul nu a fost punctul tau forte?

Te-ai intrebat vreodata cum poti sa ai un stil de viata sanatos, chiar daca motivatia ta pentru a face sport nu este tot timpul la cel mai inalt nivel?

Cand latinii spuneau “mens sana in corpore sano” nu erau deloc departe de adevar, antrenamentul fizic mentine mintea sanatoasa, dar cum ne antrenam mintea sa fie disponibila pentru challenge-ul de a avea un stil de viata sanatos? Sau pentru orice challenge care implica timp si dedicatie?

Obisnuinta. Sau mai bine zis formarea de obiceiuri. Atunci cand motivatia noastra are momente de absenta, obiceiurile sunt cele care ne ajuta sa ne tinem de treaba, obiceiurile sunt cele care ne ajuta sa ne atingem target-ul.

Sa iti formezi un obicei nou si sanatos nu este greu deloc, trebuie doar sa urmezi cativa pasi:

  1. Concentreaza-te pe un singur nou obicei.

Fiecare persoana are o rezerva de vointa limitata, care se reface prin somn, hrana si relaxare. Formarea unui nou obicei foloseste o parte din aceasta rezerva de vointa, pe care o folosim si in task-urile noastre zilnice.

  1. Ia-ti un angajament pentru un minim de 30 de zile.

Timpul necesar pentru formarea unui nou obicei variaza, intre 21 si 66 de zile. Sunt obiceiuri care sunt mult mai usor de deprins decat altele si la sfarsitul zilei depinde de fiecare persoana. In acest timp trebuie sa iti structurezi viata astfel incat zilnic sau o data la 2 zile sa faci sport.

  1. Creeaza o legatura intre obiceiuri.

Mintea  umana functioneaza foarte mult pe baza asocierilor. Atunci cand asociezi un obicei nou cu unul vechi, aduci o mica modificare structurii tale de zi cu zi, pastrand totul familiar.

“Mai intai voi merge la sala si deabea dupa aceea voi manca desertul meu preferat de zi cu zi.”

  1. Ia in considerare posibilele obstacolele

Viata este de multe ori imprevizibila asa ca incearca sa compensezi si sa gasesti un subtitut viabil pentru micile obstacole din calea unor noi obiceiuri. Spre exemplu daca o zi obositoare la birou te lasa fara energie, fa-ti totusi timp sa mergi pe jos, sau daca stii ca mai pe seara nu o sa ai timp sa ajungi la sala schimba-ti programul astfel incat sa ai macar 30 de minute de sport de dimineata.

  1. Pasi mici.

Orice realizare se face treptat, nimic nu vine deodata, asa ca e bines a ai un echilibru intre depasirea limitelor si zona ta de comfort. Nu este bine sa faci antrenamente foarte solicitante de la inceput, sau iti poate fi foarte greu sa iti schimbi radical felul in care mananci.

`   6.    Fa-ti angajamentul cunoscut

Este mult mai probabil sa te tii de un angajament atunci cand il faci cunoscut celorlalti. Posteaza pe social media sau anunta-ti prietenii cu privire la noul tau target, orice ca sa capeti un feedback pozitiv si incurarajari.

  1. Nu uita de recompense

In nici un caz un obicei nou nu trebuie sa fie plictisitor si un mod foarte eficient de a il face mai placut este sa iti acorzi recompense atunci cand ai realizari. Recompensele depind de tine, doar sa fii sincer cu tine si sa iti alegi ceva ce iti face cu adevarat placere pentru a marca pozitiv noua ta realizare.

Secretul pentru a iti atinge tinta este sa fii o persoana constanta, sa imparti obiectivul tau in mai multe obiective mici si sa incerci sa te incurajezi pozitiv in cel mai sanatos mod. Antreneaza-ti mintea ca sa iti antrenezi corpul.
