Each Member must always follow these Rules of World Class as such shall be amended from time to time by World Class and which shall be posted on the website www.worldclass.ro and/or in the Member Account area, and/or in the health/sport centers. These Regules are an integrant part of World Class Internal Regulations.
- Class booking window
A class can be booked starting 26 hours before class time.
- Booking a class
A class can be booked online either from the member’s account or at the self-check in point, where there is one. The self-check in point in the club reception can only book two hours prior to the class starts. Booking a class by phone or by the staff in the reception is not allowed.
- Booking multiple classes in the same club
Up to maximum two classes can be booked in the same club. You can choose whether to attend maximum two classes in a row or two classes in different time frames of the day – in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening, in which case note that you can book the second class only after the first one is completed. For example: you want to book the 7 a.m. class and the 9 p.m. one. You will be able to book the evening class as soon as the morning one is completed.
- Booking multiple classes in different clubs
You can book multiple classes in different clubs only if there is minimum two hours span between. For example, if you previously booked a class at World Class Downtown at 17:00, you can book another class at World Class America House no earlier than 19:00.
- Class cancellation
A class can be cancelled online by the member itself or at the club reception where the class is held, at least two hours before the class starts, without triggering any penalty. A class can be cancelled also at the club reception where the class is held, with less than two hours, if the member is physically present in the reception and has checked in. However, for this later case, penalties shall apply. For example, if you booked a class starting at 20:00, you can cancel your booking at the club’s reception or online no later than 18:00, without attracting any penalty. Class cancellation by phone is not allowed due to technical reasons.
- Not attending a class without prior cancellation
For the booked classes you have not attended without having your booking cancelled in due time, you will receive penalties according to the booking rules. The number of penalties varies depending on the time period when the maximum limit is reached, as follows:
- In 12 months the maximum limit is 7 penalties;
- Within 6 months the maximum limit is 4 penalties;
- In one month, the maximum limit is 2 penalties.
- Attracting Penalties
Upon reaching the penalty limit number, your account will be blocked for online bookings for two weeks. In this case, the only available booking method will be at the club’s reception, within the limits of the available places if the you checked-in the club, and with maximum two hours prior to the class starts. Nevertheless, please note that cancelling your bookings within the allowed time frame will help you avoid penalties.
Members which are late (check-in in 4.59’’ minutes before class starts as provided in point 8 below), but, check-in to the booked class, prior to the class starts, he/she may attend the class by registering on the waiting list or as drop-in booking at the reception, if there are any available places, and in this cases such Member shall not be attracting penalties.
- Picking up the Group Training attendance ticket (GT)
The Member has to be present in the health & fitness club in order to check-in at the reception and pick up the attendance ticket for the booked class at least 10 minutes before the class starts. The membership card is mandatory to access all the club services.
The received attendance ticket should be presented to the instructor before the class starts.
The waiting list (the 10 minutes window for drop-in)
10 minutes prior to the class the waiting list will be opened. All members from the class list and waiting list that haven’t checked in yet will have their booking canceled, meaning they will no longer have a reservation confirmed. The members from waiting list that are checked in the club will be moved to the list of confirmed reservations.
If the member is late (exceeds the 10 minutes time limit) but checks in prior to the class starts, he will NOT get a penalty even though his/her ticket was given away. A ,,no show up “ or check in after the class starts is giving a penalty.
Members in the reception (“drop-in” members) waiting for a spot in the class will be able to book in the reception and enter the class, within the limits of available places.
The closure of class registration (the 1 minute limit)
The waiting list closes 1 minute prior to class start, meaning no new add-ons to the list can be done after the list closes. No tickets are issued 1 minute prior the class starts and no member will get granted access to the class from the reception.
The time limit to get into the class
If all of the above were respected and members enter the class before instructor starts the warm up or plays the music, they have permission to join the class. For safety reasons, if members enter the class after the music and the warm up started, instructor may not let them join the class.
Please be on time. For a pleasant group training experience we strongly suggest to be in the club at least 15 minutes before your class starts.
