Group fitness Schedule!

Feeling unproductive? Hit the gym! Feel better, then work better! Close to home or work – choose the club that’s easiest to reach, check the group fitness schedule and include your favorite workout in your daily routine. After all, you have a meeting plan covering almost all of your day – why not adding short training session onto your agenda?

To join a class, first book your place. Press the BOOK button and fill in the booking form. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the booking details and a link to click on to cancel your booking, if necessary.
