
Say goodbye to body fat

If you have taken the advice I gave you in the article about how to get rid of belly fat and other unwanted fat deposits it’s time to make another step towards maximizing the results of cardio workouts.
Cardio and aerobic exercises are a method of fortifying the cardio respiratory system through the performance of various activities that require increased oxygen intake during a long period of time. Combining cardio workouts with strength training is a sure way to a harmonious and toned muscles, which will help you look and feel great.
The ideal formula for making a suitable training program is based on F.I.T.M. principle: frequency, intensity, time and method. Let’s get to work!
Frequency: Perform cardio workouts at least 3-4 times a week.
Intensity: A cardio workout should be done to keep the pulse intensity to 40-60% of maximum capacity (our specialists are available to help you make these measurements!)
Time: Duration of training should be about 30-40 minutes. If you can take 60 minutes away from your time, the better, but I do not recommend to overcome this time. Do not forget that quality is more important than quantity!
Method: Vary activities to keep the program attractive and to avoid overuse of certain muscles. Go jogging, running on a treadmill, use the Cross-trainer (100% non-impact), pedal a stationary or recreational bicycle, attend spin classes or practice any cardio vascular activity that involves more muscles.
For spectacular results, combine aerobic workouts with a healthy lifestyle.
- Avoid fat (do not forget that to lose fat you must consume "healthy fat")
- consume complex carbohydrates and avoid bread, pasta or foods high in sugar
- have a rich breakfast and a frugal dinner
- Eat little and often
- drink at least 2 liters of mineral water per day (coffee is not taken in consideration)
- sleep 7-8 hours per night
