Club Manager

Born June 24^th 1977 I start swimming at age of 6. For 14 years I participate in hundreds of national and international competition being national champion for 5 years in a row. I graduated in 1999 the University of Physical Education and Sports with specialization in swimming. I start working as a swimming coach in Romania as also abroad. Regarding health and fitness field I start from down as a fitness and aerobic instructor trying to improve my knowledge all the time. I join World Class team this year in January.

Lavinia Negrila

Sales Manager

Lavinia started to work for World Class Downtown since 2006 as a receptionist. Being a student at the Faculty of Education of European Economic Integration, she found a great place to work at this company. After a year she was promoted to be shift leader in the reception. After graduation and master in Marketing and Management she got a new challenge from World Class to become a Sales Manager.

As a Sales Manager her responsibilities are: supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance. Maintaining details knowledge of company services. Setting targets and of course to reach them.

Lavinia loves to communicate with people, working as a team and understands the importance of customer care, as well as the role of the health and fitness within today’s society. Important is when clients are satisfied with our services and also when they are reaching their goals.
