X-FIT EXPRESS

X-Fit Express is an original World Class concept, addressing both those who practice sports outside the gym as well as those who attend our clubs constantly. Simple routine is one of only 30 minutes, which involves complicated coordination and results in improved fitness and strength. The exercises can be practiced with or without additional equipment.

Class exercises are based on strength and cardio intervals, during which you will do pushups, crunches, jumping, will use weights, and rhythm breaks will be the salt and pepper.
