Alex began practicing sport at the age of 6 when he began practicing martial arts as an athlete in Goju Ryu karate, then continued at the same time to practice swimming and water polo. In the field of sport has an experience of over 18 years, and in fitness for over 10 years.

He likes to work with children as every martial art, especially karate emphasizes the aspects of building and character development, self-control, the harmonious development of body and the respect for opponent which is an important principle.

Issues that can be learned by every practitioner especially children, of this martial art called karate, can be summarized in five words: character, honesty, effort, held, self-control.
