Rules

1. Plastic protectors for shoes – You are asked to cover your street shoes while you’re in the club.
2. Every client – World Class member or guest – must register at the reception. Members will have access to the club only by membership card which must be presented at each visit. All non-members are required to present an ID to use our facilities.
3. Towels – For hygienic reasons, a towel is required.
4. All World Class members are required to be photographed by us and included in our database.
5. Please use our value boxes – World Class is not responsible for personal belongings in lockers or gyms. All members are required to keep their belongings in lockers or value boxes at the reception.
6. Photographing and filming without special permission from the management is prohibited.
7. Respect the opening and closing hours of the club – You are obliged to leave the club at closing time. Access to the fitness, recreation and spa areas is prohibited after closing time.
8. Day Time membership – from monday to friday access to the club’s facilities is made beteen 6: to 16:, Saturda and Sunda from : to 16: clients that benefit from such a membership are required to leave the club no later than 16:00. Full-Time membership- from Monday to Friday between 06:00 to 23:00, Saturday and Sunday between 08:00 to 21:00.
9. Rules for children – Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in our training areas (gym, aerobics, squash).
10. All clients are asked to pe respectful with each other and not create commotion in the club resulting in moral and physical injuries (physical violence, insults or irritation of the other members).
11. Please respect all our club’s rules. Suggestions and complaints are made in writing at the reception.

1. Pool area acces for children between 09:00AM and 06:00PM all week.
2. All children must be supervised by an adult.
3. Running in the pool area is prohibited.
4. Appropiate swimwear and swimming cap required.
5. Diving in the water strictly prohibited.
6. Shirt and shoes required in other facilities.
7. Glassware is not permitted within the pool area.
8. Only flexible sim-aid are permitted.
9. Be aware of depth markings at all times.
10. Report any unsafe conditions or violations to the management immediately.
11. Individuals assume the risk for any injuries sustained while using pool facilities.
12. Always practice water safety and courtesy.
13. Shower before entering pool.
14. No food or eating in the pool or pool area.
15. No filming or photographing inside and around the pool area.

1. In order to participate in class, please register via World Class Web page or at our reception, collect your ticket for class to be presented to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
2. No mobile telephones are allowed in the Group Training Studio.
3. Please be on time, before the start of the class.
4. Entrance into a class in progress is prohibited after the first minute of the class. Please respect the class hours.
5. During class, personal initiatives are not allowed, except with the agreement of the instructor (e.g. doing your own routine, use of the dumbbells, anything that interferes with the program that is taught).
6. Please inform the instructor, before the start of class, if you need to leave class early.
7. Any comments you have for the instructor should be discussed after class with the instructor or group fitness coordinator.
8. You are kindly requested to return used equipment at the end of class.
9. For your safety, interior training / sport shoes are required. For your comfort, please wear appropriate shirt and shorts or pants for group training.
10. No shoes or socks are allowed during Body & Mind classes (Yoga, Pilates & PortDeBras). The classes are conducted barefoot due to full connection and grounding to the floor.
11. For hygienic reasons, a towel is required.
12. Inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any other anatomic condition. If you feel any signs of dizziness, lack of air, fainting sensation, lower the intensity by marching on the spot or stop the effort.
13. Drink enough water, your body needs to be hydrated during exercise. We don’t recommend drinking water during some of the Body & Mind sessions.

3. It is highly recommended that these individuals NOT use the sauna: – persons under a physician’s care or with chronic health problems – persons with respiratory diseases, skin diseases or heart diseases – persons under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or depressants – children under the age of 16 unless supervised by parent.
4. Smoking or exercising is prohibited in the sauna.
5. Always practice safety and courtesy to others.
6. Report any unsafe conditions to management.
BEFORE USING, READ INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE SAUNA:
1. Remove clothing and jewelry, and keep all valuables secured in locker.
2. Shower before using the Dry Sauna.
3. Wear towel loosely.
4. Before entering the sauna, allow enough time to relax completely.
5. After 10 minutes maximum in sauna or when perspiration begins, leave sauna for equal time spent in sauna.
6. Enter sauna again and stay 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
7. Repeat the cycle not more than 2 or 3 times.
8. WARNING: do not exceed 30 minutes total in the sauna, excessive exposure equal time spent in sauna.
9. End with a brisk shower and rinse in cool water.
10. Some sauna bathers enjoy the “steam effect’’ of splashing water on the hot sauna rocks (use only one dipper full at a time and take care to keep clear of the steam as it rises off the rocks).
11. Dress when completely dry and perspiration stops, or chilling may result.
12. Do not leave personal items to dry in sauna.

2. Individuals should not undertake exercise routines unless physical qualified and have a physician’s approval to do so.
3. Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk.
4. It is highly recommended that the following individuals not use the exercise equipment: – persons under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or depressants – unsupervised children under the age of 16
5. Shoes and appropriate exercising attire are mandatory.
6. Smoking is prohibited.
7. Report any unsafe conditions to the management.
8. For an assistance, please contact the staff.
9. Do not sit on the machines during exercise pause.
10. Do not throw the weights after using them, and bring them back to their stand.
11. For hygienic reasons, a towel is mandatory.

4. Smoking or exercising is prohibited in the sauna.
5. Always practice safety and courtesy to others.
6. Report any unsafe conditions to management.
BEFORE USING, READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove clothing and jewelry, keep all valuables secured in locker.
2. Shower before using the Steam Sauna.
3. Before entering the steam room, allow enough time to relax completely.
4. After 5 minutes maximum in steam room or when perspiration begins, leave steamroom, relax in dressing area and follow with a cool shower. Cooling time should equal time spent in steam room.
5. Enter steam room again and stay 3 to 5 minutes maximum.
6. Repeat the cycle not more than 2 or 3 times.
7. WARNING do not exceed 10 minutes total in the steam room; excessive exposure can be harmful to your health.
8. End with a brisk shower and rinse in cool water.
9. Dress when completely dry and perspiration stops, or chilling may result.

1. Playing time: 06:15 – 22:45, Monday to Friday and 08:15 – 20:45, Saturday and Sunday.
2. Each member is entitled to a maximum one hour advance booking per day.
3. Advance bookings are permitted for up to 3 days.
4. Members who are unable to turn up for their session of play must inform the reception before the playing time (one hour before).
5. In case of no shows, the bookings hours will automatically be forfeited after 15 minutes. First come, first served.
6. Please take note of the followings: a. No smoking / food / drinks are allowed in the court b. No marking / colored soles are allowed c. Only 2 people are permitted in the squash court at any time.
7. Members will be held responsible for any damage caused by their guests or themselves. Any damage caused by the previous players must be reported to the Management immediately before beginning the game to avoid a penalty.
8. Please return the equipment to the reception in the same condition that you recieved, otherwise you will have to pay for damages.
